REGARDING COMMISSIONS
Please read this and the T&Cs before commissioning me!
To request for and discuss commissions, do so via either:
1. DM on Twitter
2. VGen CommissionsWhen commissioning me, give me as much information as possible!
The more information, the better. Anything from references, poses, general composition, colours, details of your characters, the vibes, etc.
Even a simple sketch with stickmen to convey the idea will help me a lot in understanding what you want.
DEADLINE
My hard deadline is always 8 weeks.
I usually aim to deliver the finished piece around the 4 week mark.
PROCESS & COMMUNICATION (NON-SKEB)
There are two times where I will communicate with you regarding approval of the artwork.1. SKETCHING PHASE
The sketch is to communicate the pose, any important elements, and the overall composition.
Changes to the composition and poses should only be made during the sketching phase.
I will only accept 3 changes for this phase.
Once the sketch is agreed upon and I’ve started lineart and colouring, no further changes will be accepted, so please keep that in mind.2. COLOUR PHASE (for rendered/full scene commissions)
Before rendering, I will send a flatcolour or colour sketch. The purpose of this is to agree on the colours used, as well as the lighting.
I will only accept 2 changes for this phase.
DISCLAIMERS
Before payment, in rare cases, I may exercise my right to decide to turn down the commission. I may do so because of two reasons:
1. What has been requested is part of my "Won't do" list,
2. I believe my artstyle is not suited for delivering your request at the quality I wish to maintain.Feel free to ask me on the progress of the commission, but please do not pressure me to complete something. I will try to give regular updates to let you know the progress on your commission.
note: final commission works will not be watermarked.

PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. The payment schedule is designed to protect myself in the case of theft.Upon agreeing to take up the commission, a deposit of USD$5 must be paid.
I will not start on the Sketching Phase unless the deposit is confirmed to have been paid in full.Payment (final agreed price minus the deposit) should be paid in full once the Sketching Phase is finalized. Any art I deliver is only for personal/non-commercial uses.
Do not use my art or any modified form of my art for any commercial use, including reproduction for profit, or re-selling in any format, or as an accessory to any commercial venture.
Do not use my art for any form of AI training.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
Any art I deliver for commissions will not be used by me in any commercial form.
I reserve the right to post watermarked completed commissions to my socials and to display them to prospective clients as sample work.REFUNDS:
If you cancel your commission after the sketch phase is completed, the deposit will not be refunded.
If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, I will communicate to you, and a full refund will be issued.
Outside of this, I will not do refunds in any way, shape or form.If you have paid me anything prior to me accepting the commission, you acknowledge that I will not refund anything. This is to prevent situations where im stronghanded into taking up a commission.REJECTIONS:
I reserve the right to reject any commissions before work starts.
Reasons for the rejection can include reasons such as:
- Containing content that I have listed under “Will not do”;
- Containing illegal or otherwise questionable content;
- Violations of my terms and conditions;
- Far beyond my preferences.
